Are membership and subscription the same?
Membership is your free account for managing orders and addresses. A product subscription is a recurring diaper box that you choose separately and confirm at checkout.
Can I change the size or delivery interval?
You can change the size, address and 3, 4 or 5-week interval in your subscription settings. Changes do not affect orders already being prepared. Changing the interval keeps the displayed next payment date and applies to the following cycle.
Can I pause or cancel?
You can pause or cancel from your account. This stops future renewals and does not cancel a completed order. Your account will let you know if a renewal is already being processed.
Will extras in my box repeat too?
Wipes, care products and extra diaper packs are for that order only. Your recurring delivery applies to the four-pack diaper box.
